Hampton Handcrafted Shipping Policy

At Hampton Handcrafted, every candle is hand-poured in small batches, so we ship orders on a weekly schedule to ensure quality and consistency. One day we hope to be able to ship daily, but for now, we ship weekly. We would need a much larger team to achieve daily shipping. We hope you understand!

Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped by Friday each week.

Once your order ships, most packages arrive within 3–4 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

Tracking Information

You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Occasionally our owner gets busy pouring candles and may forget to click the “notify customer” button. If you don’t receive a tracking email within a few days of shipment, please reach out and we’ll gladly provide it.

Delivery Timeframe

After receiving tracking information, most orders arrive within 3–4 days.

If your order has not arrived within 7–10 days after receiving tracking, please contact us so we can look into the issue.

We typically respond within 1–2 business days.

Our Packaging Philosophy

As a small business, we try to reuse shipping materials whenever possible to help reduce waste.

That means your order might arrive in a reused box or with recycled packing materials.

Nothing inside is ever used — just the packaging.

So if your box looks like it’s been on a little adventure before reaching you… don’t judge us too hard. We're just doing our part to keep good materials out of the landfill.
